Conditional offers from QMGS
If you have applied and received a conditional offer via Applicaa you will already have received instructions on updating your Applicaa enrolment on results day; if you have met our entry requirements please click [here].
Non-conditional offers
If a conditional offer has not been received via Applicaa but you meet our entry requirements, you will need to complete the Results Pro-Forma [DOCX] and email it to y12intake@qmgs.walsall.sch.uk.
Please note we will only be able to consider your application if we have any spaces available in 6th Form and your option blocks. A member of staff will review the completed form and you will be advised of the outcome.
